1 OF 3 COTTAGES SET IN STUNNING COUNTRYSIDE WITH LOVELY VALLEY VIEWS Situated within the owners 400 acre beef and sheep farm the cottage has glorious views down the valley to Crickhowell on the edge of The Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park and offers a fine standard of holiday accommodation. The owners also breed Section A Welsh Mountain Ponies. The area is famed for its relaxed pace and wonderful walks in every direction which culminates with the Crickhowell Walking Festival in March. Excellent for cycling mountain biking horse riding sailing fishing caving and more all available locally. Attractions include the National Park Craig-y-Nos Country Park The Brecon Mountain Railway South Wales Borderers Museum and The National Showcaves of Wales. Other events are The Hay Festival of Literature and The Brecon Jazz Festival. Visit one of many historic houses gardens and castle with Tretower Court and Castle less than 3 miles away. Relax on site and enjoy the views or take the 15 minute stroll to the family pub which offers a fine range of food. Stabling available. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric towels and central heating included. Dogs welcome. Payphone. Location: shop 3 miles pub a 15 minute walk. The property retains much original charm and character with oak beams exposed stone and wooden flooring and offers TWO bedrooms: approached via a spiral staircase 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD and CD player. Dining area. Kitchen: well-equipped with cooker fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: the property has its own enclosed garden area with seating to enjoy the lovely views and BBQ.
